摘　　要：通过对急诊医学临床教学及临床实习中存在的问题进行探讨及总结,提出对急诊医学临床教学目标、教学内容、教学方法及教学管理等方面进行改革的建议,旨在进一步提高医学生理论学习及临床实习方面的急诊思维应用能力、掌握现代急救技术和多学科知识综合运用能力,提高医学生对急诊医学学习的兴趣,提高急诊医学的教学质量,以更好的培养出与急诊医学发展相适应的高水平的急诊医学人才。The paper first discusses and summarizes problems in emergency clinical teaching and internship. Then it proposes reforms in goals, contents, methods and management of emergency medicine teaching to im- prove medical students＇ emergency thinking, first-aid skills and ability to use multi-disciplinary knowledge. The reform can increase students＇ interest in learning emergency medicine and upgrade the quality of teaching, which helps produce emergency medicine talents who meet the needs of the development of this discipline.
