鄂西少数民族地区中小学体育教师工作满意度的现状调查

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法对201位鄂西少数民族地区中小学体育教师的工作满意度进行调查研究。结果显示:1)鄂西少数民族地区中小学体育教师工作满意度水平较低,整体满意度得分只有2.87分;2)性别变量对体育教师的工作满意度不产生影响;学校变量对体育教师的工作满意度有影响,在多数维度上,中学体育教师的满意度水平要高于小学体育教师满意度水平;工龄对体育教师工作满意度有影响,在大多数维度上,工龄在5年以下的体育教师满意度相对较高,而工龄在6至10年的体育教师的满意度相对较低;地区变量对体育教师工作满意度具有一定的影响,在多数维度上,城市教师的工作满意度水平要高于乡镇教师的满意度水平。It used literature and questionnaire method to survey 201 P.E.teachers＇ job satisfaction in primary and high school in ethnic minority areas in western Hubei.Results：（1） Physical education teachers with a low level of job satisfaction,the job satisfaction mean score is only 2.87 points.（2） Gender variable has no impact on job satisfaction;School variable influences the level of job satisfaction.In most dimensions,teachers in the high school have a higher level of satisfaction than the primary teachers;Work experience influences the level of job satisfaction.The teachers that have the length of service in 5 years have relatively high satisfaction scores,and who works for 6-10 years has relatively low satisfaction scores;Regional variables have a certain influence on job satisfaction,in most dimensions,urban teachers＇ level of job satisfaction is higher than the township teacher.
