健脑益智胶囊对外伤性脑出血患者IgG-CSF的影响

摘　　要：目的研究健脑益智胶囊对外伤性脑出血患者脑脊液中IgG(IgG-CSF)蛋白含量变化的影响。方法选择27例符合要求的外伤性脑出血患者,将其随机分为3日组、7日组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础之上,3日组和7日组分别于受伤后第3日和第7日给予口服或鼻饲健脑益智胶囊。分别于入院后3、7、10、14d观察意识状况,进行格拉斯哥昏迷评分,测定IgG-CSF蛋白含量。结果用药后3日组与对照组比较,第7日、10日、14日IgG-CSF明显降低。7日组与对照组比较:第10d、14d IgG-CSF明显降低。结论健脑益智胶囊早期使用,能降低IgG-CSF的含量,这一作用可能是通过减轻继发性损伤从而改善血脑屏障的通透性来实现的。Objective：To study the effect of Jiannaoyizhi Capsule on the content of IgG-CSF of cerebrospinal fluid of traumatic intracranial hemorrhage patients.Methods：27 cases were randomly divided into the 3-day group,the 7-day group and the control group.On the basis of the routine therapy,patients from the 3-day group and the 7-day group respectively were taken the Jiannaoyizhi Capsule orally or nasogastically on the 3rd and the 7th day after the injury.While in the hospital,they are tested and analysed the IgG-CSF content on the 3rd,7th,10th and 14th day.Results：Compared with the control group,contents of the IgG-CSF in the 7th and the 10th day were decreased obviously.Meanwhile,levels of the IgG-CSF in the 10th and the 14th day were reduced significantly.Conclusion：It may be reduced the permeability of blood-brain barrier that the Jiannaoyizhi Capsule is used in the early stage to decrease the content of IgG-CSF.
