急性脑梗死辨证分型与血脂及胱抑素C的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血脂及胱抑素水平与脑梗死中医证型关系。方法对94例急性脑梗死患者进行中医分型,测定患者甘油三酯、总胆固醇、脂蛋白(α)[Lp(α)]、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白及胱抑素c(Cys c),并与30例对照组进行比较。结果痰瘀阻络证、气虚血瘀证Lp(α)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、Cys c与对照组比较,有显著性差异;Lp(α)在各证型之间无显著性差异。ApoA1、Cys c在各证型之间型有显著性差异。结论 Lp(α)的升高与中风辨证分型无相关性;ApoA1、Cys c的水平变化与中风辨证分型有一定相关性,可为临床辨证分型提供一个参考依据。Objective：To explore the relationships between levels of serum lipids,cystain C and syndrome type of TCM in acute cerebral infarction.Methods：94 patients with acute cerebral infarction were differentiated the TCM syndrome type.Some indices were detected and compared with the 30 cases of control group including TC,TG,Lp（α）,HDL-C,LDL-C,Apo-A1,Apo-B and cystain C.Results：There were statistical differences among the phlegm stasis resistance meridian syndrome,the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and the control group.Meanwhile,there were remarkably differences among several syndrome types in the AopA1 and Cys c.However,contents of Lp（α） in these types were similar.Conclusion：There is no correlation between Lp（α） increase and stroke syndrome types.It could be a reference for clinical differentiation that there are some relativities between levels including ApoA1 and Cys c and stroke syndrome type.
