摘　　要：学习国外高等职业教育中优化人才培养模式,深化我国高等职业教育人才培养模式的改革,提高人才培养质量,以多元的人才培养模式、鲜明的人才特色赢得社会认可。This paper uses the model of talent training of foreign higher vocational education for reference to promote the reform of training model of our higher vocational education and to improve the quality of talent training,finally to win the social approval by diverse training model and outstanding talent characteristics.
