摘　　要：校企合作作为专业翻译硕士的一种培养模式,有利于提升学生的就业能力,有利于培养符合市场需求的专业人才。通过分析在校企合作条件下设置与市场接轨的课程、实施双导师制、建立实训基地的积极意义和优势所在,展现了这一培养模式以市场为导向、以技能为核心、兼顾学术性与实践性的教学特色。Cooperative teaching mode of master of translation and interpretation between universities and enterprises is beneficial to improving students＇ employment possibility as well as cultivating talents who meet the needs of the job market. This paper analyses curriculum design of collaboration between universities and enterprises, under which bi-tutoring system and on-site training bases can be established. This teaching mode, therefore, exhibits its special features, namely market-orientation, and focuses on skills training;, and combination of academic study and practical translation.
