密闭压力油罐补油性能研究

摘　　要：液压闭式回路的补油问题直接影响着闭式回路的性能,为了使系统工作可靠,一般采用动力补油的方法,在一定程度上能解决提高系统的性能,但是却增加了成本与系统的体积。为解决液压闭式回路在无动力情况下的补油问题,提出一种球式补油阀加密闭压力油罐的方案,并介绍了密闭压力油罐的结构与工作原理。经试验研究,在无动力的情况下,该方案完全可以很好的起到补油的作用,从而消除系统产生的爬行与噪音。还给出了密闭压力油罐在设计时需注意的一些问题与设计方法,从而为其设计给出了理论依据。The oil filling problem of hydraulic closed circuit influences directly the performance of the circuit.To make sure of system working stably,a method for oil supply with power is adopted commonly to improve the performance of system on the one hand,however the cost and space of system is increased on the other hand.To solve the oil filling problem of the hydraulic closed circuit under no power,a project with ball type valve for oil filling and closed pressure oil tank is designed,in which the configuration and work principle of the oil tank is introduced.The experimental study shows that the project works very well without power,which can eliminate the creep and noise problems produced with the system.Meanwhile some prob-lems to be paid attention and design methods in designing process of the closed pressure oil tank are pro-vided in it,which provide theoretical principle in designing.
