摘  要:螺栓节点球是球节点网架的最关键件部件,其质量好坏直接影响到网架的质量和安全。由某大学承接国家计委重点科技攻关项目"空间过球心任意分布轴线螺纹孔及端面数控加工设备研制"而研发的一种新型的节点球自动分度夹紧装置,可实现节点球自动化加工,大大地提高了生产效率。该装置通过使用,其工作性能有待进一步提高。对节点球夹紧装置进行受力分析,根据受力分析,找出浮动夹爪的接触角度和加工力及加工力矩的关系。以在约束条件下的承受外载大小为目标函数用MATLAB进行优化设计,得出较为合理的接触角。Bolted joint is the most key part of grid components,which quality affects directly the quality and safety of grid.The key research project,named"arbitrary distribution center of screw hole on the sphere CNC machining equipment development",issued by the state planning commission is undertaken by an university of technology,based on which a new type of automatic indexing of nodes ball clamping device is developed,which can machine joint node automatically and production efficiency is improved greatly.However,there are some defects found in daily usage,which performance has to be further improved.Based on the analysis of the force applied on the ball joint,we can find out the relationship between contact angle and working force,torque.Under the condition of constrain,the load,it can endure,is taken as an object function to optimize the design using MATLAB thus a proper angle of contact is obtained.
