校企合作:地方高校培养应用型工程专业人才的有效途径

摘　　要：地方高校培养应用型工程专业人才是社会经济发展对高校教育的热切期盼,也是地方高校工程教育教学改革的目标。校企合作是应用型工程专业人才培养的必由之路。井冈山大学自三校合并以来,出台多项政策,充分调动企业参与合作的积极性。确立校企合作的运行机制和组织管理模式,为校企合作搭建平台。通过建立评价体系和激励机制,实现培养目标与职业岗位无缝对接。学校培养的工程专业人才深受企业的欢迎。School-enterprise Cooperation is the only way of educating practical engineering talents.Take Jingangshan University as an example,application-oriented school-enterprise cooperation is the only way to train engineering professionals.Jinggangshan University has issued a number of policies since three schools merged,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in co-operation.Including establish school-enterprise cooperation;operation mechanism and organization and management model;and a platform for the school-enterprise cooperation.The paper introduces the operation mechanism and organization management mode.In this mode,the practical engineering talents educated by Jinggangshan University are welcomed by enterprise.
