摘  要:运用系统节能的理论和方法,结合水口山(SKS)炼铅法生产工艺,在对其生产工序的物质流和能量流定性分析的基础上,建立两者之间的耦合模型。并根据某SKS炼铅法企业的生产数据,具体分析了三种能量流变化对吨铅能耗的影响。该企业当年存在的节能潜力是117.42 kgce/t。为降低企业吨铅能耗,从物质流角度分析,应增大外加物质流,减小循环物质流,减小排放物质流;从能量流的角度分析,应使工序产品载有的能量尽量带入下一工序利用,及时合理地回收利用生产中的余热余能。A coupling model was established based on qualitative analysis of material and energy flow in the production process,employing the production technology of Shuikoushan(SKS) lead smelting process and the theory and method of system energy consumption.Besides,based on the production data of some SKS lead smelting corporations,the influences of changes of three kinds of energy flow on the energy consumption per ton lead were analyzed in details and the current energy conservation potential was 117.42 kgce/t.From the perspective of material flow,increasing external material flow,reducing cycling material flow and reducing discharged material flow are required to reduce the energy consumption per ton lead.From the perspective of energy flow,the energy of the production should be used in the next process as much as possible for prompt and reasonable heat and energy recovery.
