MSCT在小儿颈部囊性淋巴管瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对小儿颈部囊状淋巴管瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的囊性淋巴管瘤MSCT表现。所有病例均行CT平扫及三维重建,其中4例同时行增强扫描。结果 CT表现为沿颈部肌间隙生长的囊腔,囊腔内呈水样低密度或混杂密度。其中多房囊性4例,单房囊性1例,延伸至纵隔合并出血1例;3例多房囊性和1例单房囊性显示囊壁及分隔,动、静脉期均见轻-中度强化(静脉期强化明显)。结论 MSCT检查能清晰显示颈部囊性淋巴管瘤的部位、大小及延伸(累及)范围,对诊断和术前制定治疗方案有重要价值。Abjective To evaluate diagnostic value of MSCT in children nuchal cystic hygroma.Methods 5 cases with children nuchal cystic hygroma proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively studied.All the cases were performed by computed tomography（4 cases by enhanced CT）.Results Characteristic CT features were： Cyst cavity along spatium intermusculare of neck,which was filled with water density or mixed density.Among them,multilocular cystic 4 cases,unilocular cyst 1 case,stretches to mediastina complicated with hemorrhage 1 case.3 multilocular cyst cases and 1 unilocular cyst case can show cystic wall and septation.There was a slight to middle enhancement both at the arterial phase and a obvious enhancement at venous phase.Conclusion MSCT can clearly show the location,size,extentiong of nuchal cystic hygroma,which has important value for the diagnosis and protocol making before operation.
