家庭综合干预对恢复期精神分裂症女患者作用的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭综合干预对精神分裂症女患者的作用。方法:采用随机数字表将90例精神分裂症女患者随机分为行为干预组(45例)和对照组(45例),在维持原有抗精神病药物治疗的同时,对干预组进行家庭综合干预,对照组仅为定期随访,干预及随访期限为1年。于入组时及1年末分别对两组患者进行阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE),简易应对方式问卷评定干预前后患者的变化情况。结果:干预前、后研究组在PANSS总分(47.21±11.78)与(42.26±10.78),t=2.07,P<0.05、PANSS阴性症状因子分(15.18±2.28)与(12.46±3.36),t=4.39,P<0.01;NOSIE除精神病表现因子家庭综合干预前后无明显差异外,其它各因子分及总消极因子、总积极因子和病情总估计评分均有显著差异(t=2.1～3.43,P<0.05～P<0.01);简易应对方式问卷评定积极应对因子、消极应对因子与对照组比较差异显著(t=2.24,P<0.05,t=-2.46,P<0.05)。结论:家庭综合干预可以明显改善精神分裂症女患者的阴性症状,提高患者的社会适应能力。Objective：The discussion family synthesis intervenes to the schizophrenia sickness female patient＇s function.Methods：Uses the stochastic tables to divide into stochastically 90 example schizophrenia sickness patient the behavior intervention group（45 examples） and the control group（45 examples）,during maintenance original anti-neurosis pharmacological treatment＇s,by carries on the behavior intervention to the intervention group,the control group is only the regular revisit,the intervention and the revisit deadline is one year.When Yu Ruzu and one end of the year carries on the masculine symptom and the negative symptom meter separately to two group of patients（PANSS）,nurse observes the meter with in-patient（NOSIE）,simple deals with around the way questionnaire evaluation intervention patient＇s change situation.Results： Intervenes the before and after study team in the PANSS total score（47.21±11.78） and（42.26±10.78）,t﹦2.07,P0.05,the PANSS negative symptom factor divides（15.18±2.28） and（12.46±3.36）,t﹦4.39,P0.01;NOSIE displays around the factor behavior intervention besides neurosis not obvious difference,other various factors divide and are always negative the factor,to be always positive the factor and the condition always estimated that grading has the remarkable difference（t=2.1～3.43,P0.05～P0.01）;Simple deals with the way questionnaire evaluation positive,to deal with the factor and the control group comparison difference negatively remarkable（t=2.24,P0.05,t=-2.46,P0.05）.Conclusions： The family synthesis intervention may improve the schizophrenia sickness female patient＇s negative symptom obviously,sharpens patient＇s social adaptation ability.
