摘　　要：网络普及带来的负面影响、西方意识形态的渗透等,使高校思想政治工作面临新的挑战。应利用网络平台的优势,更新高校思想政治工作的形式、方法、内容和机制等,使高校思想政治工作在继承优良传统的基础上有所创新,更具针对性和实效性。The negative effects from the internet and western ideology have brought out some new challenges to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.How to cope with the challenges and initiatives？ It＇s needed to innovate the ideological and political work＇s form,methods,contents and systems takeing advantage of internet,and improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political work in colleges.
