摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,碾米工业得到了进一步的发展,随着粮食流通市场化改革,中国稻谷加工业对原有的碾米企业进行技术改造和扩建,并在稻谷产地和大米消费区新建了一大批中、小型碾米企业,碾米工业布局和加工品质有了较大的改善。近几年,碾米工业规模和生产集中度有所提高,碾米工业主要向优化布局、规模化生产、提高大米产品质量,发展大米制品以及稻米深加工和资源综合利用的方向发展。1990s has seen a further development of rice milling industry： the reform for Gain Distribution Marketization has promoted the scale and technology enhancement within the original rice milling companies.A large number of new small medium rice milling enterprises have been built in paddy and rice consumption areas.Thus the organization as well as the processing quality of the industry has significantly improved.In recent years,with the increase in industry scale and production concentration degree,rice milling industry has oriented its development to optimization of distribution,scale production,rice quality improvement,product mix and deep processing enhancement and resources multiple utilization.
