CIK细胞治疗对鼻咽癌患者肿瘤标志物及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察鼻咽癌患者回输自体CIK细胞后临床症状缓解情况及EB病毒指标变化。【方法】收集鼻咽癌病例42例,其中放化疗联合CIK组21例进行CIK生物治疗(参照美国斯坦福大学骨髓移植中心建立的CIK细胞培养方法诱导扩增CIK细胞,CIK细胞培养14d后分次回输给患者)及进行放疗或/和化疗,放化疗组21例仅进行放疗或/和化疗。【结果】随访6～27个月,中位随访时间14.5个月,放化疗联合CIK组食欲明显改善,并且其肿瘤标志物(VCA-IgA、EA-IgA、EA-IgG及EBV-DNA)均较放化疗组明显降低;但治疗有效率并无统计学差异。【结论】CIK生物治疗安全可靠,有效降低EBV抗体滴度并提高食欲,改善睡眠,但并未提高治疗有效率。[Objective] To investigate the remission of the symptom and the antibodies of EB virus after the CIK cells being transfused back to the patients with nasopharyngeal cancer.[Methods] 42 cases were enrolled,and 21 patients（group A） received not only chemotherapy and radiotherapy but also adoptive immunotherapy with auto-cytokine induced killer cells compared with the other 21 patients（group B） who only accepted radiotherapy and chemotherapy.[Result] During the following 6-27 months（median：14.5 months）,the antibodies of VCA-IgA,EA-IgA,EA-IgG,and EVB-DNA in group A were all lower than that in group B.And also was the appetite.But in group A,the efficiency of treatment was not improved compared with group B.[Conclusion] Adoptive immunotherapy with auto-cytokine induced killer cells is safe and effective in clinical,and it can degrade VCA-IgA,EA-IgA,EA-IgG,and EBV-DNA which are increased in the patients with nasopharyngeal cancer,and it also improve the quality of living of the patients.But it did not improved the treatment efficiently.
