摘　　要：目的探讨医用胶固定上颌窦前壁游离骨折片的临床疗效。方法将上颌窦前壁游离骨折片复位后应用医用胶间断式固定治疗14例患者,以三维CT和临床观察来评定疗效。结果 14例患者均愈合良好,术后CT显示上颌窦前壁骨性外形恢复良好,游离骨折片愈合良好,患者对疗效满意。结论医用胶固定上颌窦前壁游离骨折片疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of medical glue for treatment of the free maxillary fragments.Methods 14 cases with the maxillary comminuted fracture with or without other trauma were reported,ranging from 19 to 53 years in age with the median of 35.5 years old.The free fragments of frontal wall of maxillary sinus were reduced and fixed by the medical glue.The results were evaluated by the clinical manifestations and three dimensions CT scanning within 3～6 months after operation.Results All the 14 cases got good facial shape.The three postoperative dimensions CT scan showed the bone healed well and showed the good maxillary contour.All the patients were satisfactory with the results.Conclusions The medical glue could cure the free maxillary fragments,and it is worth applying.
