MMP-28在复发性阿弗他溃疡、口腔扁平苔藓、口腔白斑中的表达和意义的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨MMP-28在复发性阿弗他溃疡、口腔扁平苔藓、口腔白斑中的表达和意义。方法分别采用免疫组化和Western-blot方法检测MMP-28在14例复发性阿弗他溃疡、16例口腔扁平苔藓、15例口腔白斑病中的表达,并与12例正常口腔黏膜进行比较。结果口腔扁平苔藓、口腔白斑组织中MMP-28的表达高于正常口腔黏膜和复发性阿弗他溃疡组织,白斑组织中表达高于扁平苔藓组织。结论 MMP-28在口腔扁平苔藓、白斑患者中有表达,且在白斑患者中高表达,提示其可能参与了癌变的发病过程。Objective To explore the expression and significance of MMP-28 in RAU、OLP、OLK.Methods The expression intensity and distribution of MMP-28 were examined and compared with immunohistochemistry and Western-blot method among 14 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU）,16 cases of oral lichen planus（OLP） and 15 cases of oral leukoplakia（OLK）,12 cases of normal oral mucosal（NOM）.Results The expression level of MMP-28 in oral lichen planus and oral leukoplakia patients was higher than that in normal oral mocosa and recurrent aphthous ulcer（P0.05）,and the expression level of MMP-28 in oral leukoplakia patients was significantly higher than that in others（P0.05）.Conclusions The expression level of MMP-28 in oral lichen planus and oral leukoplakia patients is significantly increased,which indicates that MMP-28 may play a role in the pathogenesis of those precancerous diseases.
