摘  要:目的通过了解急性脑卒中及对照组患者血清尿酸水平,探讨血尿酸升高和急性卒中的关系。方法测定脑梗死、脑出血患者及对照组的血清尿酸(UA),分析其同脑卒中的联系。结果脑梗死组、脑出血组UA水平均较正常对照组高,有显著性差异,脑梗死、脑出血组之间无显著性差异。结论高尿酸血症是脑血管病的危险因素,可尝试通过有效干预,减少卒中事件的发生。Objective To explore the relation of uric acid to acute stroke. Methods A comparative analysis was made of uric acid content among cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and healthy controls, and the relation between the clinical symptoms of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage and uric acid content was clearified as well. Results The difference in uric acid content between the cerebral infarction group and the control group, as well as the cerebral hemorrhage group and the control group, was statistically significant, but the cerebral infarction group and the cerebral hemorrhage group. Conclusion Hyperuricemia is a risk factor for cerebrovascular disease, effective interventions can try to reduce stroke events.
