鼻内窥镜联合改良柯-陆氏径路治疗36例上颌窦病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜联合改良柯-陆氏径路治疗上颌窦病变的效果。方法将72例上颌窦病变患者随机分为鼻窦内窥镜联合改良柯-陆氏手术组、Messerklinger手术组,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组术中平均出血量和手术时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),术后1年总有效率显著高于对照组(P=0.032),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P=0.047)。结论鼻窦内窥镜下行柯-陆氏双径路治疗上颌窦病变具有很好的效果,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the effect of combination treatment of improved endoscopic and Caldwell-Luc surgery on maxillary sinus disease. Methods Randomly divide those 72 patients into Endoscopic sinus and Caldwell-Luc surgery group, and Messerklinger surgery group. The treatment effects of two groups was compared. Results Average amount of blood loss during operation and average operation time were lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; Total improved cure rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, P=0.032; Complication rate was significantly lower than the control group, P=0.047. Conclusion Combination treatment has good results on maxillary sinus disease. It was a safe, effective treatment.
