摘　　要：在目前政府和市场双双失灵的情境下,努力挖掘农村职业教育的社会资本潜力不失为一个办法。非营利组织的介入有利于农村职业教育社会资本的整合和提高,从而推动农村职业教育的发展。When government and market failed to develop rural vocational education, social capital possibly is a good way. Nonprofit organizations are favorable to integrate and imporve socail capital of rural vocational education, so as to push its development.
