摘 要:目的探讨临床路径在外科新护士培训中的应用效果。方法将80名在外科培训的新护士按培训时间先后分为传统组和路径组各40名,传统组采用传统的培训方法,路径组按照临床培训路径制订培训计划对新护士进行轮科培训。两组均于培训中、末期进行考核和评估。结果培训中期传统组优良率为72.5%,路径组为92.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.541,P〈0.05);培训后期传统组满意度为82.5%,路径组为97.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.114,P〈0.05)。结论应用临床路径培训新护士是一种系统化、规范化的培训模式,不但可以提高新护士对培训的满意度,还能为临床一线培养更优秀的护理人才。Objective To discuss the effect of clinical pathway in surgical new nurse' s training. Methods 80 new nurses were divided into two groups, traditional group and pathway group. Traditional group 40 nurses adopted the traditional training methods, and pathway group 40 nurses according to clinical training path made training plans. Both groups were examined at the middle and the end of training. Results Acceptance rate in pathway group was 72.5%, and 92.5% in traditional group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (χ^2=5. 541, P 〈0. 05). Satisfaction rate in traditional group was 82. 5% and 97.5% in pathway group, and the difference was also significant (χ^2= 4. 114, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Application of clinical pathway training new nurses is a kind of systematization and standardization of the training mode. It not only can improve the satisfaction of new nurses in training, but also cultivate more excellent nurses for clinical.
