显微型小梁切除术的远期疗效(视野的追踪观察)

摘　　要：对一组原发性慢闭青光眼及开角青光眼共41例(51眼)行显微型小梁切除术后,随访1～4.5年(平均2年7月),观察对眼压控制的远期疗效,并着重对其中的34只晚期青光眼作了进一步分析:28眼(82.4%)术后眼压与视野均获成功控制,另6眼的眼压虽获控制,但术后视野恶化。分析其原因,与术前已丧失中心固视有关。41 patients (51 eyes) with primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma and open angle glaucoma after microsurgical trabeculectomy follow-up ranged 1 to 4.5 years (mean 2.5 years) were studied. The mean of IOP was 16.6±3.9mmHg, the success rate of IOP (≤21mmHg without medicine) was 88.2%. The diurnal curve of IOP (peak value, low value and fluctuation) within normal limits was 62.7%, visual aciuty 86.2% and visual field (VF)84.4% were remained at preoperative level. However, in 28 eyes (82.4%) from 34 eyes at late stage glaucomatous visual field, the IOP and VF were sucecssfully controlled. In the rest 6 eyes IOP was controlled but the VF progressively lost after operation. It is suggested that in these 6 eyes loss of VF be related to the central fixation loss before the operation.
