网络环境下外文文献的获取途径及外文期刊参考咨询服务探析

摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,外文文献获取途径呈现出电子资源逐渐取代实体资源、非官方资源日益发挥重要的补充作用、由单向度文献查阅向互动式文献交流转变等特征。对此,高校图书馆外文期刊参考咨询服务应不断适应新的形势,创新工作方法,通过宣传推介电子期刊数据库、完善虚拟信息推送服务、充分发掘纸质期刊利用潜能等方式,为高校教学和科研工作提供咨询保障。阐述了网络环境下外文文献的获取途径,提出了网络环境下期刊参考咨询服务的措施。The booming of modern information technology has led to the revolution in the foreign literatures＇ searching, which includes that the hard-copied works are gradually replaced by electronic resources, unofficial information resources are playing the more and more important complementary role, and unidirectional literature inspection has been changed into interactive literature communication. In response to those changes ,university library＇s foreign journal reference services should constantly adapt to the new situation, innovate working method, and provide reference guarantee for university＇s teaching and scientific research through propagandizing and recommending E-journal database, perfecting virtual information＇ s push service, and fully tapping the utilization potential of paper journal, etc. This paper expounds the access to the foreign literatures under network environment, and puts forward some measures for developing foreign journal reference services under network environment.
