摘　　要：传统范围经济理论认为范围经济主要来源是有形资源的充分利用。事实上像企业核心竞争力这样的无形资源的充分利用也是范围经济的重要来源。企业核心竞争力作为范围经济的重要来源,它能够通过实现自身巨大的范围经济效益而给企业带来持续的市场竞争优势。企业核心竞争力与范围经济之间存在着如此密切的联系,然而学者们没有对此给予足够的重视。试图从范围经济的角度系统地去研究企业核心竞争力的内涵、特征、构成要素及其管理。Traditional theory of economics of scope believes that the main source of economies of scope is the full use of the tangible resources. In fact, the full use of the intangible resources just like the core competence of enterprise is also an impoetant source of economies of scope. As an impoetant source of economies of scope, the core competence of enterprise can bring sustainable competitive market advantages to the enterprise by through its own enormous benefits of economies of scope. There are close connections between the core competence of enterprise and economies of scope. But scholars have given little attention to them. This paper tries to systematically study the connotation, characteristics, component and man- agement of the core competence of enterprise from the perspective of economies of scope.
