简易法深低温保存角膜的实验和临床评价

摘　　要：自1986年3月以来,用自制的“QL生物降温仪”对简易法深低温保存角膜进行了系统研究,应用光镜、电镜、酶组织化学、动物实验和临床穿透性角膜移植及非接触式角膜内皮显微镜检测结果证明,深低温保存角膜组织结构完整、功能良好、临床移植效果满意。Since March 1986, the authors systematically studied the simplified corneal cryopreservation technique with self-made 'QL Bio-Freezer'. The examination results with light and electron microscope, enzymatic histochemistry, animal experimental and clinical penetrating keratoplasty and indirect specular photomicroscope show that cryopreserved corneas have intact structure, good function and satisfactory results in clinical keratoplasty.
