摘  要:观察了紫外线杀菌灯照射引起的小白鼠视网膜损伤。在电镜下,发现视网膜色素上皮内含盘膜的吞噬体明显增多;光感受器外段的盘膜有灶状崩溃;内段部分线粒体肿胀;内网织层中空泡形成。By exposuring eyes of mice to ultraviolet light for 2 and 1 hr, their retinas showed similar lesions in our transmission electron microscopic study. There were increased number of lamellar inclusion bodies in the retinal pigment epithelium. The outer segments of photoreceptor showed focal destruction of disk membranes and formation of granular substance. Mitochondria in the inner segments became swollen. Marked vaeuolation was found in the inner plexiform layer. No damage was seen after twenty minutes exposure.
