隐形卡环在可摘局部义齿修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:设计结合式义齿,改善前牙区外观,解决金属卡环易折和基托断裂问题。方法:将隐形卡环用于前牙区,弹性基托用于易断裂区,连接体制作固位形,其余部分用PMMA材料。结果:160例患者经1～3年随访,传统义齿卡环折断、基托断裂14例(17.5%),结合义齿基托断裂1例(1.25%),P<0.01。结论:结合式义齿美观,防折,基托坚固。Objective：To design a kind of combination denture to make the front-tooth area nice,and the metal clasp and base plate durable.Methods：A covert clasp is for the front-tooth area and a flexible base plate is for the place liable to break.The connecter is made into retention form.The other parts are made of PMMA.Results：After following 160 patients for 1-3 years,we found out 14 clasps and base plates of traditional dentures broke （17.5%） and that only one base plate of combination dentures broke （125%）,P〈0.01.Conclusion：The combination denture is beautiful and unbreakable.Its base plate is solid.
