超声技术在部分性葡萄胎诊断中的误诊分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨B超在部分性葡萄胎诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:2007年6月～2010年6月收治经刮宫手术与病理检查证实为部分性葡萄胎患者18例,回顾性分析临床与超声之间的关系。结果:病理诊断18例部分性葡萄胎病例中,超声误诊6例,漏诊2例。结论:B超是目前诊断部分性葡萄胎的最有力的方法之一,只有不断提高B超诊断技术水平,有效地将临床资料结合综合分析,减少误诊和漏诊,才能更好地给临床诊断提供帮助。Objective：To explore the practical value of type-B ultrasound applied to PHM diagnosis.Methods：From June 2007 to 2010 there are 18 cases of PHM in our hospital,out of which 6 cases are wrongly diagnosed and 2 cases are missed.Conclusion：Now Type-B ultrasound is one of the most effective methods widely used to identify PHM.Only if we make a significant improvement on type-B ultrasound,we can reduce the chance of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Besides,we will have a comprehensive analysis by fully using clinical data.In this way,it will supply some help with clinical diagnosis.
