摘　　要：根据眼球转动的解剖生理特点,设计出一种新的手术方法——在筋膜腔内植入硅胶义眼台后应用自体巩膜片覆盖于义眼台前方,较好地解决了义眼的转动,义眼胎易于脱出和眼球摘除后所产生的眼部种种畸形。手术62例,其中42例经过1～3年的随访观察,无论在美容或义眼转动方面都得到较满意效果。This paper described a new modified operating method-using autogeneous sclera in enucleation surgery.It was based on the anatomic characteristics of ocular movement.After enucleation,silicone ball was implanted in the orbital and a autosclera graft was placed in front of the silicone ball.This technique ameliorates the cosmetically disturbing effect of enophthalmos and the deep surpratarsal sulcus.The paper inclosed 62 cases, of which 42 cases have been followed up for 1～3 years. The satisfactory results in the movement and appearance of the artificial eyes were get in all cases excedt one implant extruded.
