摘  要:目的研究皱纹盘鲍性腺多糖对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法从雄、雌皱纹盘鲍性腺中提取多糖进行抗疲劳动物实验。结果雄、雌皱纹盘鲍性腺多糖能够显著延长小鼠的力竭游泳时间,增加运动小鼠肝糖原和肌糖原含量,提高乳酸脱氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活力,显著抑制运动小鼠全血乳酸的生成,促进运动后血乳酸和血清尿素氮的清除。结论雄、雌皱纹盘鲍性腺多糖能显著增强小鼠运动耐力,表现出明显抗疲劳作用。Objective Anti-fatigue effects of polysaccharides from Haliotis discus hannai Ino.gonad were observed in the research.Methods The polysaccharides from male and female Haliotis discus hannai Ino.gonad were extracted and the anti-fatigue effects were observed.Results Polysaccharide from male and female Haliotis discus hannai Ino.gonad prolonged the duration of exhaustive swimming in mice,increased the contents of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen,increased the activities of LDH and SOD,significantly inhibited the generation of blood lactic acid and accelerated the eliminations of blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen in mice after swimming.Conclusion Polysaccharides from male and female Haliotis discus hannai Ino.gonad have an obvious anti-fatigue effects in mice.
