摘　　要：针对高校研究生知识产权素养偏低的问题,采用定性和定量相结合的方法进行分析。首先用鱼骨图法对影响知识产权素养培养的社会因素、高校因素、个体因素进行梳理,然后将鱼骨图转换成层次结构模型,通过主观评价、专家评判和综合分析构造判断矩阵并进行一致性检验,最后计算各个因素相对于目标问题的重要性权重,通过总排序找出关键影响因素,并为有效提升研究生知识产权素养提出建设性意见。Aiming at the problem of low literacy of graduate students, the paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze. First it combs social factors, college factors and individual factors which would have an effect on culturing intellectual property literacy. Then the paper converts the fishbone diagram into hierarchical structure model, structures judge matrix by subjective evaluation, expert evaluation and comprehensive analysis and carries out consistency test. Finally it calculates the importance of various factors relative to the target weight and through total sorting help to grasp the key factors more clearly. On that basis, it effectively promotes the intellectual property literacy of graduate students.
