摘　　要：首先建立网络舆情危机预警指标,在此基础上,将BP神经网络的数学模型运用到网络舆情危机预警中,建立基于BP神经网络的预警模型,实现网络舆情的安全态势的定量评判。最后通过仿真实验,结合具体实例对该模型进行验证和分析。An index for Internet public opinions crisis early -warning is created. Based on the index, the mathematical model of BP neural network is applied to the internet public opinions crisis early - warning. Thus the warning model based on BP neural network is built. The quantitative evaluation for Internet public opinion security is carried out. Combined with example, the model is analyzed and validated by the simulation experiment.
