摘　　要：本文从情报学中对信息的研究着手,得出了关于情报学的静态和动态研究对象的研究框架。在此基础上,分别从情报学静态和动态研究对象,探讨情报形态的统一情报观和情报过程的统一情报观。最后,以情报概念为核心,以情报过程和情报形态为X轴和Y轴,提出了情报学的统一情报观模式。Firstly, the paper discusses the concept of ＂information＂ in information science, deduced research frame about this subject. Then, this paper discusses the unified information outlook about intelligence forms and process of information science based on the research frame. Finally, this paper puts forward a unified information outlook of information science that its core is ＂ intelligence＂, vertical axis is intelligence form of Information science, and lateral axis is the process of intelligence.
