摘　　要：当前知识经济时代,"80后"知识型馆员已逐步成为图书馆的中坚力量,特殊的成长环境和时代烙印使得他们具有鲜明的个性特征,也给高校图书馆的管理工作带来了新的问题,提出了新的挑战。通过对这些问题的分析与总结,提出了针对"80后"知识型馆员的管理方式和激励措施。In the current knowledge economy era,＂after 80＇s＂ knowledge-type librarians have gradually become the backbone of the library.Special growing environment and epochal brand make them have the distinct individual characteristics,but they also bring new problems and challenges for the management of university library.This paper puts forward the management styles and incentive measures to the ＂after 80＇s＂ knowledge-type librarians through the analysis and summaries on these questions.
