摘 要:对以平均总成本最小化或平均净收益最大化所定义的设备更新时间作了理论分析,发现这种定义遵循边际成本或边际收益等于零的原理,表示设备在其更新时间的运行最为经济(most economical)或最为有效(mostefficient)。但是以效率最高的时间更换设备不是最为经济的战略,也造成设备生产能力的浪费。从循环经济视角出发,以移动净现值小于等于零的最小时间定义产品的剩余经济寿命,并以此作为产品再利用的时机选择。计算结果显示本研究对重新认识设备更新时间和支持循环经济发展的产品再利用的时机选择有借鉴价值。The equipment replacement interval defined by the minimization of average total cost or the maximization of average net revenue is analyzed theoretically,which follows the principle of zero marginal cost or zero marginal profit and indicates the operation of equipment at its replacement interval is most economical or most efficient.But the equipment replacement at the most efficient time is not a most economical strategy which also causes the production capacity waste of equipment.From the prospect of recycling economy,the residual life cycle of used products is defined by the minimum time of shift net present value smaller than and equal to zero,which is taken as the time opportunity of used products reutilization.The result of numerical computation shows that the studies of the paper have a value for reference of rethinking the equipment replacement interval and selecting the time opportunity of used products reutilization,which supports the development of recycling economy.
