摘　　要：中国企业联合会从2002年起连续10年推出中国企业500强榜单。本文以10年数据为基础,发现中国企业500强具有规模与实力迅速提升;经济效益大幅改善,劳动生产率明显提高;与世界企业500强的差距不断缩小;重化工业发展迅速;国有及国有控股企业仍居主导地位,民营企业稳步成长;东部地区500强企业数量分布占绝对优势,16个省市呈增长趋势;自主创新不断取得突破,管理水平迈上新台阶;兼并重组日益活跃;跨国经营业务迅速增长;体制机制进一步完善,履行社会责任的意识不断提高等十大趋势。As of 2002, China Enterprises Confederation has been releasing the list of top 500 China＇s Companies. Based on the work related to releasing of the list in the past ten years, this paper identifies ten development trends of China＇s companies. Namely top 500 companies of China grow rapidly in terms of scale and strength; Their economic benefits increase substantially; Their productivity is also noticeable improved; The gap between top 500 Companies of China and Fortune Global top 500 Companies has been narrowing; The heavy industries and chemical industries are developing in a incredible speed; The state-owned and state holding companies are still the leaders in the market; private companies are making solid progress; Companies in the eastern China still account for absolute majority of the top 500; 16 provinces and cities are going up in terms of the number of local companies on the list; New breakthroughs are made in independent innovation; Activities of merger, acquisition and reorganization become more and more dynamic; Overseas operation and business are growing in a fast speed; Management level scales new highs; Relevant mechanisms and systems have improved and companies＇ consciousness on their social responsibility becomes stronger, etc.
