摘　　要：采用温室营养袋育苗,将催芽后的种子小心点播在营养袋中,每袋1粒,通过科学的苗床管理措施使其长成壮苗。齐苗后,揭膜炼苗使幼苗充分适应外界环境。起宽70cm、高30cm的垄,垄斜面成45°角,在晚霜结束后,将幼苗栽于垄斜面中央,适时灌水,加强田间管理。在实生苗世代选择时实生苗表现出的产量高低不作为选择依据,但是实生苗的熟期、抗病性、薯型、芽眼深浅、薯皮色、匍匐茎长短、比重高低等可作为选择依据进行世代选择。In greenhouse nursery seeds were carefully sown in nutrition bags and scientific management measures were undertaken to make seedbed seedlings grown well.Plastic films were removed to harden seedlings to be fully adapted to external environments.Ridges with 30cm wide and 70cm high and ridge slope into a 45° angle were built.After the end of the late frost,the seedlings were planted in the central ridge slope and timely irrigation was applied.Seedling selection were based on maturity,disease resistance,potato type,buds depth,root skin color,stolon length and weight rather than yield.
