摘  要:目的:观察小蓟醇提物对两肾一夹(2-kidney 1-clip,2K1C)高血压大鼠的影响及其机制。方法:采用2K1C复制肾性高血压大鼠模型,检测心功能、左心重与体重比值(LVM/BW);放射免疫学方法检测血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的含量;采用硝酸还原酶法测定血清中一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)含量,Griess化学比色法测定血清中一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide sythase,NOS)活性的变化。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠心功能抑制,LVM/BW比值升高,血浆中AngⅡ的含量升高,血清中NO和NOS的含量降低;与模型组相比,小蓟组(高低剂量组)大鼠心功能明显好转,LVM/BW比值降低,血浆中AngⅡ的含量降低,血清中NO和NOS的含量均升高,差异均有显著性。结论:小蓟对肾性高血压大鼠具有降低血压和改善心功能的作用。Objective:To observe the role of Xiaoji extract with ethanol in two kidney one clip of the antihypertensive effect and its mechanism.Methods:The renal hypertensive rats were made a copy of 2-kidney1-clip;heart function,the ratio of left ventricular mass and body weight were measured.(LVM/BW).Radiation immunological methods were used to measure plasma levels of angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ).The content of nitric oxide(NO) in serum was measured by nitrate reductase method.The activity of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in serum was measured by Griess chemistry colorimetric technique.Results:To compare with normal group,analogue group rats heart function was inhibited.The content of angiotersinⅡ(AngⅡ)in blood plasma was increased.The content of NO and NOS in serum was reduced.To contrast to analogue group,the heart function of Xiaoji group(high and low dose group)was obviously improved.The ratio of LVM/BW and the content of AngⅡ in blood plasma were reduced.The content of NO and NOS in serum were increased.The variance was significant.Conclusion:Xiaoji has the role in reducing blood pressure and improving heart function.
