五叶草莓65%醇提液对S180荷瘤小鼠抑瘤及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨五叶草莓65%醇提液对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法:将40只SPF昆明小鼠制成S180实体瘤模型,分为模型组、CTX组、五叶草莓65%醇提液高剂量组、五叶草莓65%醇提液低剂量组,给药14天,第15天处死小鼠,剥离瘤体,计算抑瘤率;剖取脾脏和胸腺,计算脾脏指数和胸腺指数,分离血清,用放射免疫法检测血清中IL-2、TNF-a的含量。结论:实验结果表明,五叶草莓65%醇提液具备抑瘤作用,而且能增加S180荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α的含量,促进S180荷瘤小鼠免疫器官胸腺、脾脏的生长,从而改善s180荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。Objective：65% alcohol extract of five Leaves strawberry on mice bearing S180 tumor efficacy and on immune function.Methods：40 mice into SPF S180 solid tumor models were divided into model group,CTX group,65% alcohol extract of five Leaves strawberry high-dose group,65% alcohol extract of five Leaves strawberry low dose group,administration 14 days,15 days after the eyeball blood,the mice were killed by radioimmunoassay in serum IL-2,TNF-a levels.Conclusion：The results showed that65% alcohol extract of five Leaves strawberry increased S180 tumor-bearing mice serum IL-2,TNF-α levels and improved immune function in tumor-bearing mice,with significant antitumor effect.
