集成商控制、利益相关者互赖性与CoPS创新绩效

摘　　要：以CoPS创新项目为调查对象,对集成商控制是否以及如何通过利益相关者之间的互赖性影响项目创新绩效进行实证研究。研究结果表明,集成商正式和非正式控制均对CoPS创新绩效产生显著的直接影响,并以互赖性为中介变量对CoPS创新绩效产生显著的影响。This paper focused on projects of Complex Products and Systems （COPS） and empiricantly researched whether and how the stakeholders＇ interdependence influenced the relationship between integrator＇ s control and innovation performance of COPS. The results showed that both formal control and informal control of integrator had a positive direct impact on the innovation performance of COPS, and had a positive indirect impact on the innovation performance of CoPS by stakeholders＇ interdependence.
