拉莫三嗪单药治疗新诊断的成人癫痫的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：观察拉莫三嗪对新诊断成人癫痫的疗效。方法：对56例新诊断癫痫患者给予拉莫三嗪单药治疗。结果：56例患者中完全控制13例，显效22例，有效9例，无效8例，失访4例，完全控制率为23％，总有效率为79％。结论：拉莫三嗪是治疗新诊断成人癫痫的一种安全、有效药物。Objective：To analyse the clinical effect of lamotrigine for adult patients with newly di agnosed epilepsy. Methods： 56 patients with newly diagnosed epilepsy were treated with lamotrigine （ 100 mg/d-200 mg/d）. The change of seizure frequency was observed compared with the basic line before treatment. Results：Of 56 cases seizure free was found in 13 patients,obviously reduced frequency of seizures in 22 cases, effective treatment in 9, failure in 8 and missing review in 4 cases. The complete con trol reached 23% and the total effective rate reached 79 %. No obvious side effects subjects was found in all. Conclusions： Lamotrigine is a safe effective drug for adult patients with newly diagnosed epilepsy.
