摘　　要：目的:探讨直肠癌全直肠系膜切除(TME)基础上行保留盆腔自主神经(PANP)术对男性患者性功能的影响。方法:107例男性直肠癌患者,根据手术方式分为PANP组56例和TME组51例,PANP组行TME+PANP术,TME组仅行TME术,随访术后6个月患者性功能(包括勃起和射精功能)。结果:PANP组勃起功能及射精功能优于TME组,2组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:男性直肠癌患者实施PANP的根治术,对术后性功能有较好的保护。Objective：To investigate the effect of total mesorectal excision（TME）with pelvic autonomic nerve preserving（PANP） on the sexual function of male patients with rectal cancer.Methods：One hundred and seven male patients with rectal cancer were divided into PANP group（n=56） and TME group（n=51） according to operation methods.Postoperative sexual functional status of patients who recieved PANP,or TME plusPANP,or TME were retrospectively observed and analyzed.Results：The indexes of sexual functions of the those in the PANP group were significantly improved when compared with those in the TME group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The total mesorectal excision with PANP in rectal cancer patients could effectively protect the sexual function,thus improve the quality of life of male patients
