摘  要:利用金相检验、电镜观察和能谱分析等检测手段对低碳软钢SPHC冲压起皮的缺陷试样进行分析,结果表明,在翘皮的皮下基体表面及横截面都发现保护渣的成分元素。连铸时结晶器内保护渣卷入铸坯表层,轧制变形后被拉长存在于带钢皮下表层是引起SPHC带钢翘皮缺陷的主要原因。Surface warp defects in low-carbon mild steel SPHC strip steel was investigated by means of optical micro- scope (OM).scan electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray specturm(EDS). The results show that the composition of flux elements were found in the subcutaneous surface and cross-section of the warp defects. The main reason for surface warp defects in SPHC strip steel is dropped-in crystallizer fluxes. After rolling deformation the fluxes were stretched under subcutaneous layer which caused warp defects.
