摘  要:为了研究微波碱解预处理(microwave/NaOH pretreatment,MNP)剩余污泥在高温和中温条件下厌氧消化的性能,采用半连续完全混合式反应器分别研究了MNP处理后的剩余污泥在高温厌氧消化工艺(thermophilic anaerobic di-gestion process,TADP)和中温厌氧消化工艺(mesophilic anaerobic digestion process,MADP)的工艺稳定性、有机物去除率、甲烷产率和消化污染脱水性能。在整个运行期间,TADP和MADP运行稳定工况正常,没有出现氨氮抑制现象。TADP对有机物的去除效果优于MADP对有机物的去除效果。TADP中的甲烷产率略高于MADP的甲烷产率。与中温厌氧消化污泥相比,高温厌氧消化污泥的脱水性能下降。试验结果表明,在无需对经MNP处理后的剩余污泥进行中和的情况下,动态TADP和MADP可稳定运行。In order to investigate the effects of microwave-NaOH pretreating waste activated sludge under separately thermophilic anaerobic digestion process(TADP) and mesophilic anaerobic digestion process(MADP),the experiments were conducted to evalute the process stabilities,organic matter reduction,methane yield and dewaterability of a digested sludges,by using a semi-continuous and completely mixed reactor.During the opration period,TADP and MADP were stable and well-functioned without ammonia inhibition.Organic matter reduction of TADP was superior to that of MADP.Methane yield of TADP was higher than that of MADP.Compared with the mesophilic digested sludge,the dewaterability of thermophilic digested sludge was lower.The results showed the semi-continuous TADP and MADP fed stably with the pretreated waste activated sludge without neutralization.
