摘 要:为提高白腐真菌漆酶产量,以黑木耳、杂色云芝、杏鲍菇和硫磺菌为出发菌株,观察和分析了各个菌株单独培养和混合培养时的漆酶产生情况。结果表明,单独培养时杂色云芝的产漆酶能力最强(1 060.2U/L),其次是杏鲍菇(541.7U/L),硫磺菌不产漆酶。硫磺菌和其余3种真菌混合培养时,硫磺菌可以提高黑木耳的产漆酶能力,酶活性最大提高20%;但抑制杏鲍菇和杂色云芝产漆酶,漆酶活性下降34.3%和14.1%,缩短杂色云芝达到产酶高峰的时间(2d)。To study the changes of enzyme-production abilities of four fungi,Laetiporus sulphu- reus cultured with Auricularia auricula , Coriolus versicolor , P leurotus eryngii , respectively, after four fungi had been cultured solely. The results showed that under the condition of cultured independently, L. sulphureus couldn't produce laccase, while the highest activity of the laccase production was observed with C. versicolor (1 160.2 U/L), followed by P. eryngii. When L. sulphureus was mixed with the other three types of fungi, L. sulphureus promoted A. auricula to produce laccase about 200/6, but restrained the laccase production of the P. eryngii and C. versicolor (lower 34.3% and 14.1% ,respectively) and shorten two days to the peak of laccase production of C. versicolor.
