食用酒精DDGS对肉仔鸡生产性能、血液生化指标及胫骨质量的影响

摘　　要：分析食用酒精DDGS(玉米干酒糟及其可溶物)营养成分及毒素含量,研究此种DDGS对肉仔鸡生产性能、血清指标及骨骼质量的影响。试验选用240只1日龄科宝艾维茵48肉仔鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮;1～21日龄阶段,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组饲喂含有10%食用酒精DDGS日粮;22～35日龄和36～49日龄两个阶段,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂含有10%、20%和30%食用酒精DDGS日粮。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组1～21日龄肉仔鸡采食量分别降低了2.80%、5.09%、2.95%,试验Ⅲ组1～49日龄肉仔鸡采食量降低1.65%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组肉仔鸡血磷水平降低6.73%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组肉仔鸡胫骨质量增加5.73%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉仔鸡骨密度显著增加(P<0.05),增幅为5.19%、6.67%,肉仔鸡胫骨长度增加(P<0.05),增幅为3.47%、4.23%;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉仔鸡骨矿物含量显著增加(P<0.05),增幅分别为10.82%、43.27%、51.72%。DDGS具有改善胫骨质量的作用。An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary beverage ethanol DDGS on the growth performance, serum biochemistry index and tibia parameter of broilers. A total of 240 one-day-old male Cobb Avian-48 broilers were randomly divided into 4 dietary treatments. Control group fed with basal diets during the whole period of experiment while the experimental groups Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ were fed with 10% beverage ethanlo DDGS during the time period of 1--21 days,and then fed with 10% ,20% ,30% DDGS during the time period of 22--35 days and 36--49 days,respectively. Birds were slaughtered at 49 days old. The results showed that beverage ethanol DDGS significantly decreased average feed intake （P〈0.05） of broilers during 1--21 days and 1--49 days. DDGS significantly increased serum phosphorus, tibia bone mineral density, bone mineral content, the length of tibia, and the weight of tibia of broilers. Beverage ethanol DDGS can ameliorate tibia bone quality.
