计算机类创新型应用人才培养模式与社会服务关系研究——以德州学院计算机系为例

摘　　要：当前德州学院计算机系学生的学习与社会需求存在着脱节现象,大部分学生创新意识不强,对企业的研发方向知之甚少,急需进一步改进现有的教学模式。为此,研究了地方本科院校计算机专业创新型人才培养模式与社会服务之间的关系,提出了让学生的创新意识与企业的创新行为融为一体的教学模式。At present, there is a phenomenon that the learning of students in computer science and technology department of Dezhou University is out of touch with social need, most of the students have no strong innovation consciousness, know little about the R＆D directions of enterprises, so it needs to further improve existing teaching mode. For this reason, we study the relationship between computer innovation talent training mode in local undergraduate colleges and social service, and put forward the teaching mode of integrating students＇ innovation consciousness and enterprises＇ innovation behaviors.＇
