摘　　要：为了提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,文章对智能控制技术在矿料自动取样系统中的应用进行了深入的研究。开发了基于LabVIEW的矿料自动取样三维仿真系统,为工人操作培训提供了条件。采用了BP神经网络模型,用于新车来时自动给出取样矩形框;同时系统可以根据探头电流大小自动判断是否到达目标深度。经过现场运行,该系统取得了很好的应用价值。For improving the efficiency,reducing the working intensity,the application of intelligent control in automation sampling system is deeply researched.Three dimension simulink system for automation sampling system is developed using LabView,and it offers condition for workers to operation teaching.BP neural network model is adopted,using it can give sampling rectangle frame.The system can judge if arriving aim deepness and this system was well used.
