摘  要:从富含腐烂秸秆的土壤中分离筛选到1株能降解纤维素的放线菌。经形态观察,生理生化实验并结合16S rRNA序列分析,初步鉴定该菌属于链霉菌属,定名为Streptomycessp.strain L006。研究了不同碳源、氮源和起始pH值对该菌株在液体发酵培养基中产酶的影响。结果表明,该菌在以秸秆为碳源,蛋白胨为氮源,起始pH 7.0的条件下产酶最佳,最高酶活可达220.1 U/mL。A cellulose-decomposing Actinomyces strain was isolated from soil containing rich rotten straw.Based on morphology,biochemical and physiological observation combined with 16S rRNA sequence analysis,it was initially classified into the genus of Streptomyces and named it as strain L006.Effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources,and initial pH to produce enzyme in liquid fermentation were studied.The results showed that under the medium conditions using straw as carbon source and peptone as nitrogen source with initial pH at 7.0,the enzyme production was the optimum with its enzymatic activity reaching up to 220.1 U/mL.
