摘　　要：精品课程的建设理念贯穿着更新的主线,使教育者在选择、构建并实施课程要素达到相应的教学目的,实现培养人才目标的过程中,不断突破与创新。因此,让大学体育课程在牢固树立"健康第一"的指导思想,改变以竞技体育为主线的课程模式,完善健身基础理论、终身健身能力的新型课程模式基础上,成为形式最活泼、内容最丰富、受众面最广、影响力最大的精品课程。The originality and breakthrough are the two key treads in designing a college PE course of excellence.Therefore,in order to make a most popular high-quality course with abundant content and great influence,PE course of excellence should integrate the notion of Sunshine PE and Health education into it with the guiding principle of ＂health first＂ and the ＂life-long physical training＂ rather than focus on athletic sporting.
